The Field Marshal app can be used on both the Guide/Help Centre Forms (end-user side) and the Agent forms (agent workspace). Pricing is dependent on what Zendesk locations you will be using the app.
(1) Zendesk Guide/Help Centre Only
If you are just using the Field Marshal app on the Guide/Help Centre Forms only then the price is $50 per month per Zendesk instance/brand.
(2) Zendesk Agent Workspace Only
If you are just using the Field Marshal app on the Agent workspace side, then the price is $3 per agent per month for those agents who require permissions to access the app. This is configured in the Role and Group settings in Zendesk. It’s possible to have some agents that have access to a specific form that requires Field Marshal and the other forms don’t. Therefore some agents may not need to have access to Field Marshal. Those that need to edit the ticket forms, like Administrators would also require access.
(3) Combined Zendesk Guide and Agent Workspace
If you are using the app on both the Guide/Help Centre Forms and the Agent Workspace then the price is $5 per agent per month with a minimum total cost of $55 per month.
