Turn saved searches into strategic queues in Zendesk with Quickie

Zendesk views are a solid starting point, but most teams eventually hit the same wall: you can only go so far with view conditions. When your daily triage depends on more specific logic, you either compromise, or you end up juggling manual searches all day

Quickie’s Seek searches bridge that gap. You can build advanced searches with visual conditions, save them, and then use them like queues you return to every day.

Saved searches that behave like queues

In Quickie, a saved Seek search is not just a one-off lookup. It’s a reusable, named “work queue” you can come back to any time.

Teams use saved searches to create queues like:

  • My tickets updated in the last 2 hours, excluding anything in Pending

  • Escalations by tag + priority, grouped by what needs attention first

  • Triage tickets that match a specific form and include key words in comments

  • Anything with a missing data point that blocks resolution

Because these are saved, you can treat them like part of your workflow, not something you have to rebuild.

Conditions you can’t get in native views

The big difference is control. Seek gives you a wider set of conditions to work with, including combinations that are painful or impossible to model as a standard view.

A few examples teams lean on:

  • “Hours since…” conditions to spot ageing tickets and time-based risk

  • Searching across custom fields with one condition (All custom fields)

  • More flexible text matching, including wildcard-style searching

  • Building multi-condition logic that’s easier to fine-tune and reuse

This is where saved searches become strategic, because you can define queues around how work actually happens, not around what Zendesk views happen to support.

From saved search to daily triage

Saved searches can be:

  • Favorited so they’re always easy to reach

  • Opened as a View tab with a clean ticket list

  • Used as a Home view so agents jump straight into their main queue when they click Home
