How to set a Home view in Zendesk using Quickie

A Home view gives agents a fast starting point in Zendesk. Instead of scrolling through long view lists, the Home button in Quickie takes you straight to the queue or saved search that matters most for your day.

This is especially helpful for roles that start each shift in the same place, such as triage teams, escalation leads, or anyone who uses a saved Seek search as part of their core workflow.

Quickie lets you choose any Zendesk view or saved Seek search as your Home view. 

Once set, you simply click the Home button in Quickie to open it instantly. 

It works the same from the top toolbar and the sidebars.

If your workflow changes, you can update or clear your Home view at any time.
