In an earlier announcement, we mentioned that due to a Zendesk quirk, some agents occasionally found that profile changes in Quickie or Lovely Views - like setting a Favorite, choosing a Home view, adding a personal template, or saving a search - didn’t always stick after a refresh. The workaround was to open your Zendesk Profile page before making updates.
The good news is you no longer need to open your Zendesk Profile page before making changes. Quickie and Lovely Views now handle this automatically 🎉
Handy tip for fast refreshers:
If you tend to reload Zendesk right after making a change, just wait for the Quickie or Lovely Views popup notification confirming your update (usually a couple of seconds). Once you see it, your profile change is safely saved and you can reload without worry.
