You asked for it - we’ve made Sticky Notes more comfortable to use in dark environments. With version 2.14, you can now configure separate text and background styles for Dark Mode across your:
- Label styles
- Field styles
This means better visibility, reduced eye strain, and a seamless fit with your Zendesk theme.
You’ll find the new Dark Mode style settings under each object’s configuration panel, right after your regular display options.
This update also includes general performance and usability improvements, including:
- Better handling of pinned comments and side conversations
- Improved consistency when changing the requester
- Improved behavior during ticket submission
- Visual refinements to keep layouts clean and content easy to view
