See Zendesk Copilot AI ticket summaries in Lovely Views previews - plus smarter Dark Mode & amber SLA badge

Lovely Views 3.8 is here, bringing a couple of highly-requested features. 

AI ticket summaries without opening the ticket

The preview panel now supports AI-powered ticket summaries. When available, you’ll see a concise overview of the ticket’s public comments - along with a clear Up to date or Not up to date status and a Refresh button. You can refresh the summary any time.


A new
Conversation summaries in previews setting in Preferences > General lets you turn this feature on or off. The option appears when Enhanced ticket preview is enabled, and requires AI summaries to be available in your Zendesk account.

A more adaptable Dark Mode

We’ve added a new Match Zendesk Support option, so Lovely Views can follow Zendesk’s light or dark theme automatically.

You can still choose Light, Dark, or Dark (lighter) if you prefer a fixed look. 


Dark Mode also now applies to the Bulk Edit modal, keeping your workspace consistent.

Amber SLA badge 

Lovely Views now supports Zendesk’s amber SLA badge, shown when a ticket is within 15 minutes of breaching. Green and red SLA badges were already supported - this update ensures amber is displayed too, so you can quickly spot tickets needing urgent attention right in your views (learn more about SLA badges in Zendesk).




This release helps you stay on top of ticket details, match Zendesk’s look, and quickly spot tickets nearing SLA breach.
