See who completed what in Your Zendesk checklists

When it comes to workflows like onboarding, offboarding, or internal compliance, knowing exactly who completed each task (and when) is essential. Tickler’s activity history feature helps teams stay accountable with a detailed, time-stamped log built right into the checklist.


What the history panel shows

Click the View history button from an automatic checklist (or the clock icon from an ad-hoc or saved list) to open a panel showing a full timeline of activity, including:

  • Task status changes (Done, Pending, Skipped)

  • Task additions and deletions

  • Checklist creation and removal

  • The agent who made each change

  • Timestamps for every action



The activity history panel is available for all list types: ad-hoc, saved, and automatic.


Filter or export with ease

If a ticket contains multiple checklists, the activity history panel shows all list activity by default. You can use the “Show records for” dropdown to filter by a specific checklist.




Need a copy for review or compliance? Click Print to export a clean summary of checklist activity - great for audits, handovers, or team reviews.

What we're building next

We’re also developing additional features to make checklist tracking even more audit-friendly:

  • Agent action logging
    Completed tasks will show who ticked them off and when, directly beneath each task.

  • Locked comments
    Task comments will soon support a locked mode with timestamps to prevent changes after submission.

  • New placeholders
    These will let you surface agent-level activity in ticket fields or exports.
