App solutions for displaying Organization and associated custom field data

If you're interested in creating views based on Zendesk organizations rather than tickets, here's how you can leverage our products:

  1. Quickie (Early Access Program):

    Quickie's Seek feature allows you to search tickets based on the requester's organization fields. This advanced search functionality can include custom fields associated with Zendesk organizations.

    • Set up conditions:

      In the Seek tab, select a condition (e.g., Organization), choose an operator (e.g., Is), and input the organization name (e.g., Lovely Inc).



    • View search results:

      Tickets that match the condition will be listed.



    • Save searches:

      Save these searches, which will then appear in the Views tab under Searches for easy access.


    This process allows you to keep organization-related searches handy and use them just like any other view in Quickie.

  2. Lovely Views (future update)

    Soon, Lovely Views will integrate the Seek feature, enabling you to use these configured searches as you would with views. This will allow you to create views that display tickets based on organization fields.

  3. Sticky Notes:

    With Sticky Notes, you can place organization fields in the ticket, user, or organization sidebar. This ensures your agents see important organization details immediately. Sticky Notes offers extensive customization, including visibility settings, color coding, and the ability to log notes.

  4. Future roadmap:

    We are working towards providing organization-based views that are independent of tickets in both Lovely Views and Quickie.
