FIXED
The incident was fully resolved at Apr 12, 2024, 11:04 PDT via maintenance release after we moved to another CDN.
The incident was likely to have been fixed earlier when the 3rd party CDN resolved itself.
In order to mitigate future risk of this issue happening again, we have taken action to move to using a CDN which we now consider more reliable. More importantly, we are changing the app to ensure that it will not prevent submission of tickets should a CDN or anything else related to the app fail.
To load the latest Sticky Notes version, all Sticky Notes users are advised to reload their browser window or click the apps reload button in the ticket apps sidebar.
INCIDENT
We are aware of an issue affecting Sticky Notes app customers that is preventing the submission of tickets on Zendesk.
We have identified that the issue is coming from a standard library being loaded from a 3rd party CDN. The CDN’s service is intermittently failing. We have now applied a mitigating fix. Best to reload browser page. There may still be some intermittent issues. We will be releasing a fix for this as well.
Please note, that after you re-activate the app, if you are continuing to experience this issue, you should temporarily disable the Sticky Notes app (don't uninstall) in your Zendesk in order to be able to submit tickets. A permanent fix for the issue is coming, so you will be able to re-enable the Sticky Notes app later today.
Once the the fix has been released, all Sticky Note configurations and notes that have been taken previously will not be affected, everything will run as normal once the next version is rolled out.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and are working to ensure this situation is resolved as soon as possible.
