Incident was resolved at 03:05 PST December 15, 2023 via maintenance release.
To load the latest Sticky Notes version, all Sticky Notes users are advised to reload their browser window or click the apps reload button in the ticket apps sidebar.

INCIDENT
We are aware of an issue affecting Sticky Notes app customers that makes the app inaccessible with the notification on screen "This version of Sticky Notes app has expired".
Issue is caused by date sensitive code that was not detected by our standard tests.
We have deployed a fix in an updated app version and have sent through to the Zendesk Apps team based in San Francisco for release. We're expecting the fix to be rolled out within the next 8 hours. All Sticky Note configurations and notes that have been taken previously will not be affected, everything will run as normal once the next version is rolled out.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not uninstall and reinstall the app, this will not help and will lose your configuration (unless you have manually backed it up).
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and are working to ensure this situation is resolved as soon as possible.
