Zendesk announces restriction of offset-based pagination (OBP)

Zendesk recently announced (see below) that changes are to be made to offset based pagination (OBP) limits and that this may have an impact on the Lovely Views app. From August 15, 2023 these limits will apply to all requests beyond 10,000 records (100 pages).

We’re currently preparing Lovely Views for the changes being rolled out by Zendesk from August 15, 2023.  There’s nothing that customers will need to do at their end.

Please note that Quickie and our other apps will be unaffected by the OBP restrictions.
