Resolved issue » Bug in preview, when ticket has more than 100 comments

Update (23 March 2022): Fix released.

It has been identified that the ticket preview in Lovely View shows a maximum of 100 comments. In the usually rare occasions when a ticket has more than 100 comment, the extra comments will not be shown in the preview.

We are working on this issue and will release a fix on Monday 23 March 2022.
