The new agent search behaviour recently rolled out by Zendesk has necessitated a small update to Lovely Views. The issue occurs when an agent attempts to do a Zendesk search using the top nav search. The search tab opens but fails to return results. If the agent executed the search again within the search tab, it will then work. This has been fixed.
To install the latest version of Lovely Views, which contains the fix, go to the Lovely Apps Installer page and install Lovely Views:

This is all you have to do, your app setting will remain the same.

I have installed this fix. Why am I being prompted again ?
Since upgrading to this version we have seen a problem with the count of issues within the different views that have been setup. Takes much longer to load the count number now which is slowing down our response time. This wasn't a problem before this update. Still waiting on support to respond to my issue. Its been 2 weeks.
