Our testing confirms the issue is resolved, and no further impact has been observed.
Incident
We became aware of an issue in Lovely Views where the Group column was not displaying correctly in views, even though tickets were properly assigned to groups in Zendesk. Reports also indicated that the Organization column was affected in the same way. The issue was reproducible in Lovely Views but not in native Zendesk views.
