Sticky Notes for Zendesk - New ways to manage pinned comments

We've rolled out two handy updates that make it easier to work with pinned comments:

  • Filter by pinned or unpinned – Two new options in the comment filter menu help you focus on exactly what you need.


     

  • Show in thread – Hover over a pinned comment in the sidebar and click to jump straight to it in the thread, with a clear highlight so you won’t lose your place.


These changes are especially useful when working through long tickets or tracking multiple pinned comments.
