With Quickie 4.3, we’ve rethought how you navigate your support world.
It’s cleaner. It’s faster. And it’s designed around how you actually work.

Let’s take a look.

Focus starts at the top

The topbar just got a subtle but meaningful upgrade.

We’ve added clear separation between your main tabs - List, View, Bookmarks, Activity, and Seek - and your go-to actions: Home, Bookmark, New search, Admin, and Pin.

It’s easier on the eyes, and easier to use.

Build once, reuse always

You can now save your favorite search setups as personal templates, making it easy to build repeatable searches in Seek without starting from scratch every time.

Just save, reuse, and tweak when needed - a real time-saver for agents who search often.

Searches that work like views, but better

Saved searches now live alongside your regular Zendesk views in Views > Personal > Searches in the List tab.

And when you click one, it opens in a dedicated View tab that mirrors the look and feel of a standard Zendesk view - but with one major advantage: it’s still a search. You can easily update the conditions, tweak the columns, or save changes on the spot.

You can also add them to Favorites for quick access or set one as your Home view.

It’s the best of both worlds: the structure of a view, with the flexibility of a search - and it’s built right into your everyday workflow.

Your starting search, now easier to see and manage

We’ve renamed Initial search to Default template - and put it front and center so you can tailor it anytime.

You’ll now see it in both the List and Seek tabs, and you can set or remove it straight from your personal templates menu.

Smarter dark mode that fits your workspace

The sidebar now automatically follows your Zendesk theme.

Want more control? You can set the topbar to match Zendesk - or choose your own light or dark look, with three dark variations to pick from. It’s your workspace, your call.

And the little things that make a big difference:

  • When you start a new search, it opens in its own search tab - so you can work on multiple searches at once and switch between them easily, without losing your place. Perfect for comparing results or handling different ticket sets side by side.
  • You can now rename folders in the List tab - the first step toward more flexible folder management.
  • Favorites now include a Find original option, so you can quickly locate the template, saved search, or view it links to.
  • A new expand/collapse menu in the Views section helps you navigate folders more easily.
