Resolved incident » Sticky Notes + Escalator - Issue with submitting tickets

Zendesk has confirmed there was a service incident over the weekend that affected apps on their platform, including Sticky Notes and Escalator. The issue was related to a problem with the Zendesk Apps Framework (ZAF), and Zendesk has since rolled back the changes that caused the disruption.

Following the rollback, our testing indicates that functionality has been fully restored. We will continue to monitor, but no further issues have been observed at this time.


Incident

An issue was reported over the weekend affecting Sticky Notes and Escalator users that prevented tickets from being able to be submitted. Strong indications are that this was caused by a problem with the Zendesk Apps Framework (ZAF) and has been reported to Zendesk. Initial testing today indicates that the problem is no longer occurring. We're conducting more testing and will confirm shortly whether this issue has been full resolved.
