The Sticky Notes incident experienced with Notes not displaying or saving was related to a recent change on Zendesk’s end. They briefly introduced a restriction that affected how custom fields could be accessed across different locations, for example, using an organization-level field within a ticket. This disrupted how Sticky Notes retrieved and saved data for those fields.
 
Zendesk has now reverted that change and everything should be working as expected again.

Incident

We've been made aware of an issue affecting Sticky Notes users preventing notes from being able to be saved correctly.  We've reported the issue to Zendesk as it appears to be a bug in the Zendesk API that is causing the issue.  We're in discussions with Zendesk to determine the root cause.  We will provide more details as soon as they come to hand.
