Quickie 4.1: Smarter search, improved navigation, and more!

Quickie 4.1 is here! This update introduces new search types, a fully revamped views list, and a cleaner workspace—helping you work faster and more efficiently.

What’s new?

New search types for more precise results

Quickie now supports category-specific searches, allowing you to search not just Tickets, but also Articles, Users, Organizations, and Side conversations. This gives you more flexibility to find exactly what you need.



Smarter search with new navigation tools

We've made searching even better!

  • New search button – Quickly start a new search in Seek with a dedicated button, making it faster than ever to jump into a fresh search.

  • Modification indicators – A blue ball now highlights unsaved modifications in your searches, making it easy to track changes—especially when switching between different searches or starting a new one.

More real estate-efficient views list

The views list has been redesigned for better space management. Now, you can compact sections you’re not using to maximize your workspace, making it easier to navigate your views and saved searches.

View mode & edit mode for better clarity

Quickie now visually distinguishes between viewing and editing searches, so you always know when you're actively modifying search parameters.

Hide sidebars for a cleaner workspace

Easily toggle sidebars on and off in General settings to keep Quickie uncluttered while still having quick access when you need it.
